Major Annual Fundraising Committee The Committee organizes and manages the event usually the last Saturday and Sunday of November. Secures homes and associated insurance; advertises; prints tickets and sells the tickets through outlets and Rotarians; secures sponsorships; arranges for home decoration; schedules Rotarians and volunteers to attend to the homes during the event. The duties and responsibilities are not limited or restricted to above description.
