The Sub-Committee reports to the Club Service Committee. It's purpose is to provide a report in an light-hearted manner to the Club at each regular meeting. Member conduct, lack of decorum, breaches of etiquette, Four-Way-Test reinforcement and examining Rotarians knowledge of Rotary are all examples of what this sub-committee does. It has a wide latitude in regard to the material in the reports. The Sergeant-At-Arms has the power to fine Rotary members provided that the fines are levied in a reasonable and justifiable manner.
